I changed my plan as $40 to keep my phone number and for short visit from 2016.
Sometime, I can back and travel US which made me out of data so bought some. But started from June 19,2018 Fido secretly changed my plan and add 3GB $30 bill on my account. I have to pay 78.40 with tax. It was $44.80.
Even I tried to change the plan as $45 2GB, it will still add the 3GB $30. This become $75. (with tax is 78.40)
If it is not because my creadit card is going to expire I would never find out.
So far Fido is over charged me for $ 201.6 (6 month from June 2018 to November 2018, I bet Dec 2018 will repeat the same)
Fix it!
