I am already a customer of Fido's prepaid service. I bought a new sim card because the previous sim card is too big for my dad's phone. Unfortunatly, I could not find the option to activate a new sim card at the prepaid serivce webpages. How do I activate my new sim card?

It's not possible to activate a SIM card online for a prepaid account, you'd need to reach out to customer service!
Let us know if you still need help with this.
Finally I was able to chang my sim card. The only way is to "call Fido" (1-888-481-FIDO, then 411), and you will need to talk to a customer service representative.
