Ive been tyring to change my plan online and after selecting the plan I am prompted to log in (i'm already logged in). I click to log-in and it redirects me to my account overview with no option of updating my plan. Been at this for a few hours.
Customer service has been back-logged and i'm getting nowhere. Can anyone please help?
Follow these steps:
1. Go to My Account
2. Then click the drop down button for services for your mobile account and then click mobile from that drop down menu (Don't click the mobile button thats in the top banner)
3. The option for change plan should be on that page
4. I'm assuming you're looking for the 5GB BYOB plan plus the additional 5GB plan correct? Well click the on the little arrows above the available plans to search for that plan and then you should be able to select. Now I should note that I just did this and I don't see any mention of the additional 5GB, but I know for a fact it did upgrade me to 5GB for $60/month which is still better than what I have. I am still looking to see if I did in fact get a total of 10GB though.
