Changing plan online

Has anyone ever been able to change their plan online? I've been trying for at least 10 years and it has never worked for me.

 

Right now I'm trying to change my wife's plan (we're both on the same account, neither are on contracts) and when I try to "check out" it gives me an error. I've tried clearing chache/cookies etc. I've tried on chrome, edge, and chrome mobile all with the same results.

I'm sad to see you've been having trouble with My Account for this kind of change. Can you tell us what kind of error message you're getting?

Are you having the same error message if you try directly from a computer?

Yes I am getting the exact same error message no matter where I try from.

 

I would much rather have the site actually work as intended, but I have officially given up on that ever happening.
