Hi, I just changed my phone number online, I am using the prepaid service. I restarted my phone a few times. I received the text message with the new number, but I still cannot make calls or receive them, same goes for texts. I just topped up my account last night, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

If you had a balance left, it might not have been transferred at the time of the phone number change. That would explain why your service isn't working.
