Changed phone number online and now phone isn’t working.

Hi, I just changed my phone number online, I am using the prepaid service. I restarted my phone a few times. I received the text message with the new number, but I still cannot make calls or receive them, same goes for texts. I just topped up my account last night, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

If you had a balance left, it might not have been transferred at the time of the phone number change. That would explain why your service isn't working.

Did you contact us to have us look into it? If not, we can send you a PM and we'll have a closer look at that with you.
