Changed phone number and lost my balance and plan

Changed my # on prepaid galaxy 7 edge and the whole plan quit and lost data. Help plz?

Having exact same issue. Shows error when trying to see my transaction info. Powered phone off and on no help . removed sim put back in nothing. Phone was working till i changed number and just topped up today !!
