I have been trying to get a hol dof Fido for 4 days now, I even went into the stores to have the employees tell me their systems were down. I wanted to change my plans on all threee of my phones I relly hope that Fido is going to honor this promotion for their longtime customers becasue if they try to tell me oh sorry that promotion is over, that isn't going to cut it because I could have easily switched providers to a Cell company that didn't have this logistical nightnmare for all four of my cell phones. i will be waiting for Fido to contact me when they get their systems working again and I expect to have this promotion given to customers who have been very very patient with Fido and all of "Thier" Logistal problems.
