Change plan to Black Friday promo

I am your costumer and i'm interested in changing my plan with black Friday plan with 2 gig data but the same price

I wish to know how to change my current plan to have that extra 1 GB of data that they are giving out to the "NEW Fido customers".  As a current customer, I want to be able to take advantage of this too.  My friend has called to inquire about the Black Friday promos but have been denied as he is currently on contract. What gives Fido... I'm paying for the same price but I'm short 1GB.. Is there any way for current customers (with contracts) to get these Black Friday plans?

The Black Friday promotions we offered were available to both new customers and existing customers. These promotions were only on certain plans, though.
