I was with Fido from almost last 3 years. I saw the black friday promo and wanted to update my plan from 60$ (2GB , all unlimited) to 49$(2GB all unlimited). Basically its just price change . I got the confirmation about the effective date of the same from Dec 1 2015. I called the customer care more than 10 times. Initially they filed the case and told 2 to 3 business Days. Then they told it can change only on GrandFather Day (HORRIBLE) . They promised it will be updating on Jan 13 to Jan 14. Today i called the customer service and they said all the cases i filed were closed. How its closed with out Resolving the issue. Created another case, told me it will be resolved in 3 days.. Its not a nice experience for me. ITS Because FIDO dont care about existing customers. ???
