I've tried to reach you guys through phone (611, *88 and 1-888-481-3436), live chat, Facebook messenger and even attempted to change my phone plans through My Account but without any success whatsoever. I would like to change the phone plans for each of the 3 lines under my account to the $60 plan (10 GB). Please get back to me as soon as possible.
