Change Fido to Speakout but keep the old number

Hi there , Now I am using Fido number but I want to change to Speakout ( Prepaid Sim ) and keep my old number. Can you help me to cancel Fido service and transfer to Speakout. Thank you

Hello @BaoToan,

Fido can not help you port your number to another provider.

You have to contact the other provider and let them know you want to port your number from Fido over to them and they will do the porting.

Once the port is done it will automatically cancel your Fido account. Keep in mind you need to keep your Fido account so you can port the number over tot he other provider.
