Cant't Make or recieve calls

I recently changed my Fido prepaid number online to another and can't seem to make,recieve and send out texts or even load vouchers and call *611.

The same thing just happened to me and I did reboot my phone. I also can't get my account information. It has said try again later all day! I can't send messages or use the phone to call Fido for assistance. I just added $30 to the account before changing the number.
