I am trying to register my account so i can track usage and check my account but when i try to register, it says my profile isnt registered. This is of course after i have entered my email acc # birthday etc. Help. thanks.
Please note that once you activate a Fido account, it can take up to 72h before you can register to MyAccount on Fido.ca.
Once that delay is passed, you should be able to register right here HERE
If it still doesn't work, could you please try to clear your cache files & delete the cookies from your web browswer?
If the issue persists, could you please try from a different web browser? (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.)
