Moved a number of months ago and have not been able to change my billing address. Called in and was told that i have to do it on line. Online constantly gives a 502 error. Have replied to others having the issue, no reply from Fido, have sent pm and was told to post to the community which i did, no answer.
Now i am starting a new topic to try and fix this.
Someone from Fido please tell me what i need to do as this is fricken driving me crazy, spending way to much time trying too solve your issue. If no answer soon, i will switch to another company.
if you call they will tell you that they cant do it as you have to do on line, called twice so far as i thought i might get a different answer. I try about every 2 days to change online as we changed provinces.
Its is nuts.
I am having the same issue. I have tried on multiple devices and cannot get past that error code. This is getting a bit silly and I even attempted to call to find out that there is a 1 hour wait to actually talk to someone.
