Hi, I received a text message from Fido a few days ago regarding an update on a billing issue. It gave me a new account number and saying that I should re-register my account and re-activate my Spotify subscription. However, I encountered a problem when I tried re-activating my Spotify subscription. I followed all the instructions but when I tried logging in to my existing Spotify account, a message pops up saying that my account is already linked with another phone number. My phone number is still the same and when I open the Spotify app, it's not subscribed to premium either. Can someone please help me?
