Cant Access Spotify through Fido hub

I've signed up for Spotify premium package through Fido.
I get the code and plug in to Fido hub but every time I've tried to click the "Login to Spotify" button it just says try again. This has been happening for days.
And I've tried it without WiFi too

Hi,
Yes, I've uninstalled the app and then rebooted my phone and then reinstalled it. And then through the fido hub site a pop up still says "can't complete request. Try again"

Can you tell us if you are in Canada right now or on Vacation? 

Also what kind of phone you are using?
