Cannot send text messages!

anyone have issues sending out SMS?

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S9+ via hardware upgrade and all of a sudeen cannot send SMS 15 min ago.

I have the tex message number as +15149931123...weird!

1. Have you power cycled the phone?

2. Do you have the latest OS and messaging app for this device?

3. Do you get an error message when sending a text or does it just fail after a while?

4. Can you receive text messages?
