"The number you have called is not assigned". Anyone experiencing this now? I know people were dealing with it in 2015 and searching through the posts no real solution was given.

Have you already tried turning off your phone, removing the SIM card, reinserting the SIM card, and turning the phone back on?
Also, which network mode are you on (2G/3G/LTE)?
