I paid my fido bill online on my naccount at fido.ca using visa/debit and it said cannot process so I did it again and it told me you already paid this bill are you sure you want to do it again I said yes and again it told me cannot process comtact fido. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out of my account twice so I contacted fido and they had no proof of this payment then they said theyre having issues it wil he resolved jn 24 hours. its been over 24 hours and the problem has not been resolved.
