Cannot cancel spotify premium on fido account management

So I think I had the free 6 months of spotify premium membership with my new pulse plan since novemember, but I was being charged anyway. All premium features were gone since the first day this month, and I wanted to cancel the memebership on the account page but it only says error. Can someone help me please?

Are you connected on Wi-FI while trying to remove Spotify?

Hi, I tried both. It doesn't matter if I'm connected to wifi or not, it's only after I click on cancel that I'll see the message saying attention, we ran into a bit of a problem. This stops me from cancelling Spotify.
