Cannot activate spotify premium

Yesturday, I upgraded to a fido pulse plan in order to get spotify premium for 2 years. After several attempts of activating spotify premium, I've still had no luck. I've looked at past forums, gone on fidohub.ca (where it still tells me I need to upgrade to a fido pulse plan) and called customer service and have had no luck. It's unfortunate and frustrating that I've put in so much effort to get this, and nothing is working (which, judging from the forums I've seen, is quite common).
