I'm a Participant Level 2

Cannot activate data bytes on ios

I am not on WiFi and I am connected to fido. Every time I try to activate it tells me "Sorry something went wrong. Don't worry you haven't started using data bytes yet"

Sorry to learn you're having trouble activating Data Bytes! 

 

Are you using the latest version of the My Account app and is your OS up to date (iOS 8.2 or above for iPhone users and Android 4.2 or above for Android users)? Also, are you currently on a Pulse plan?
