I have been trying all day today to contact Fido.
Phones are not getting through. Did get through once, put on waiting mode, then the line just hung up!
Fido Live Chat isn't working either!
Was trying to get on the 10GB plan but cannot get a hold of anyone. Sent a message through Facbook messenger, but no response yet.
Looking at the other complaints on the Forum...looks like everyone is having the same problem!
Why am I unable to contact FIDO. My phone is dead and I am unable to speak with anyone for the past two days? Cannot connect to Live Chat, tried to call Rogers... This is the saddest **bleep** ever. I just need to find a phone... Thanks Fido. the worst customer service ;(
I want the new $60 10Gb plan for myself. I cannot get through the fido phone line. Can someone please contact me at 647-835-8538. I have been trying for last three days and no luck.
I finally got through this morning around 10am, after MANY tries. Line was either busy, or message would tell me that no one was able to answer at this time & to call back later.
Was told it would be up a 3 hour wait, but the CS agent came on after about an hour.
Got my wife's BYOP plan switched to the $60/10GB plan. And my exisitng 2 year plan switched to $85/10GB plan.
Was very frustrating though!
Nothing was working, phone line, Fido Chat Live.
And nothing posted on theFido website informing the customers about what was going on.
Never seen this in the 18 years or so I have been a customer!
I tried doing it online, and i cannot get through to the customer service line. Chat told me they cannot help that i have to call, but the phone is down.
@FidoStephane Ive also been trying to change my plan (Im a Quebec resident so I want the $49 for 8 gb pulse plan) but I am unable to do so online! Ive been trying to reach Fido since Sunday as well but my call won't go through.
Are you still there? I want to change my plan to 60Gb too but I can’t neither change plan online or contact customer services right now, can you help me please?
