Hi all,
I signed up for Fido's $35 BYOD plan back in December but have since found a much more affordable employee discount plan with another provider. What would be the repercussions of cancelling my plan now if I don't have a tab to pay off? Am I required to stay on the plan for a certain amount of time?

There are no real repercussions to cancelling a line if you are on a month to month BYOP plan. We bill a month in advance, however we would credit the charge of your plan from the time you no longer have service with us. This being said, we'll be sad to see you leave.
