I'd like to unsubscribe from my fido monthly plan, but :
- after more than 1h waiting on phone, I can't get anyone (speaking of which.. please, pleease, use different musics for the waiting playlist !)
- no one is answering on messenger neither

FyI About the horrible loud same music and slow call center response: We have a post right now in the forum about this for call service for them to reactivate the mailbox callback option at least.
Just go follow/like it to show you want it change!
