Cancellation

Hi, I need to cancel my Fido account. 

 

I have called, emailed, tweeted, and facebooked messaged Fido with no response from representatives. When I call, I am hung up on while waiting on hold. This has been going on two weeks and I am still being charged for my account.

 

Please let me know how to cancel my account.

Hello,

 

Instead of calling it in, you might be able to cancel the account by going to Fido store (or any other places that sells Fido phones) and cancel it in person.  I would do that instead as it might not be possible to close accounts on-line. After all, it is not safe to do that on-line as one is not able to confirm your identity.
