I'm going back to France on December 27th and I woud like to cancel my services.
I have tried to every possible way listed on the website and forums but none of them work: 1-hour wait over the phone, and Live Chat is not working as well...
Could you help get through this cancellation faster please? I do not wish to continue paying for a service I won't use.
