Cancel my contract

Hello, id like to cancel my contract, i left canada and tryed to call *611 but that does not work outside canada. ive paid this months bill, can anyone help me?

You can call Fido from outside of Canada by calling +1-514-925-4590 they will also accept collect calls, you can also do a live chat or message them from Facebook or Twitter you can get all that info here.

I tried to call and wait for more than 1 hour but no answers. Facebook, Live Chat both didn't work. Please help me cancel my service. Please and please.

yeah i called that number, i also wanted to talk to an person and gave up after 15 minutes of waiting, is there an other way to cancel. I dont have twitter and/or facebook **bleep**. i will not pay any bills that come after this bill. why can't i just cancel from your webpage and not be bothered with this?

You can't cancel the account on your own because administrative work needs to be done and what if someone got access to your account and just cancel your account you won't like that.

 

If you are that impatient and don't want to hold then try the live chat option or message a moderator here in the community.

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes with fido now and still waiting. When I called previously, I was hung up on. I have received no response on live chat nor have I received any response on Facebook chat. I’d simply like to cancel my contract.
