Cancel and re-open Spotify account

Hello,

 

I figured out that someone was using my spotify account. After in contacted Spofity, they suggested to cancel my account and re-open it. Spotify has already cancelled my account and now they told me I should contact you to resubscribe to Spotify Premium. How can I do it?

It doesn't let me resubscribe, just download the apps.

That's odd. What error message do you get when you try to register?

When you click on Get Spotify App, does it take you to Spotify and logs you in with your old credentials ? No option to create a new account : @tmkaio

When I click on Get Spotify App it just start downloading the Spotify to my computer. There is no other option else than the button Get Soptify App.

Can you do this on your phone directly whle you are using data and not on a computer @tmkaio ?
