I have a single line data only subscription for my tablet ($15.00 per month for 1GB scaled to use) and I also have a Spotify Premium subscription on this line for $9.00 per month.
I added this myself a year or so ago however I would like to cancel it, I've tried the www.fidohub.ca solution to cancel both on the device and through my browser, however I only get the option to add Spotify Premium.
Is there another way to get rid of this option off of my account?

Just wanted to post an update
Since Spotify said that your promo was through us and the cancel option does not appear on FidoHub it means you had the older 2-year promo. This one cannot be canceled and will cancel on its own once the promo period is over!

Do you recall if you had registered to the Premium version through fidohub.ca or rather directly through Spotify? If you activated your subscription through Spotify, you'd need to cancel it through these steps:

I've checked and confirmed the following through my Spotify account:
Your plan is associated with our partner Fido, please refer to Fido for questions regarding your plan.
Did you go through these steps:
From your phone, go to fidohub.ca.
If you're on WI-Fi, enter your phone number and click GET CODE.
Once you get the code by text message, go back to fidohub.ca, enter the code and click SUBMIT
From there, you should see the option to CANCEL SPOTIFY SUBSCRIPTION,
Click YES, CANCEL SPOTIFY
If you don't have this option, we'll need to look into it with you. You can reach us here.

Thanks for the instructions, I follow these and I do not get a cancel option, only to Buy Spotify Premium for $9.99/month again.
