Hey, I want to cancel my device protection. What do I have to do?

I've been trying to get a hold of someone via phone, live chat and even PM since yesterday. I just wanted to cancel my device protection plan as well. I know you guys are overwhelmed addressing issues/requests regarding the 10GB/$60 promotion, but is someone able to reach out to me?

In terms of charges, there's no charge for us to do that. The only times there can be a charge is for certain transactions that you can complete via self-serve. You can find the full list here.
