Hey, I want to cancel my device protection. What do I have to do?

You will need to get a Fido representative to remove the device protection from your account.

 

You can contact Fido through any of the available methods listed here.

how can I cancel this protection plan with the app.  or do I have to call in?

will I br charged to talk to a person to cancel?

To remove it, you'll have to contact us, but we can also send you a PM here if you prefer, just let us know! 

 

In terms of charges, there's no charge for us to do that. The only times there can be a charge is for certain transactions that you can complete via self-serve. You can find the full list here.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone via phone, live chat and even PM since yesterday. I just wanted to cancel my device protection plan as well. I know you guys are overwhelmed addressing issues/requests regarding the 10GB/$60 promotion, but is someone able to reach out to me?
