When I got my pulse plan I was told it had Canada wide long distance calling (or this is what the Fido rep. led me to believe) This month's bill had over $165 in long distance charges. Imagine how livid and upset I am at this shockingly high monthly bill. How can I rectify this? I am at the point of wanting to leave Fido and I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 YEARS!
