I have a new Galaxy S7 with a Pulse Plan and I am not able to use the Data Bytes feature. When I first open the My Account app I get a popup saying "Don't worry! You haven't started using your Data Bytes." I don't see any button to start a Data Bytes session like the help videos show.
I have the latest version of the My Account app on Android 7.0. I have also tried disabling the app and reinstalling the latest version but this did not fix it.
It looks like you sent a PM to my original username (CaptainCoriande). I don't have access to this anymore - I lost access when I signed up for a new login with my email address (suggested above).
