Can't upgrade online, says Information is not available online

I'm trying to upgrade online to a Galaxy S7, and everytime I try I can only make it to the first page or the second page before getting this error:

 

We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)
 
I've tried different browsers and even tried doing it from mobile, nothing works.

Have you also tried clearing the cookies and cache of your browser?

Still nothing, I was able to get onto the second page, before getting the error.

I was using Chrome, then I tried Internet Explorer, made it to the second page, tried Firefox and didn't even make it to the first page.
