Can't reconnect to Spotify Premium after billing problem

I have tried all the links that I've seen in this forum.

I am still getting this message

ATTENTION: This Spotify account is already associated with another phone number

I recieve the code just fine from the FIDO hub, but I can't get past this alert.

Can somone please assist me?
