Yet again another frustrated customer with fido's inability to provide customer service to their own customers. I have been trying to call for days and went in store stood in line for 2 hours to hear that I have to go back to customer service to pay off my phone, and change my plan.
It is extremely unfair and unacceptable and if I cannot get the plan that I have been working towards getting for the past few days, then I will buy out my phone and leave fido. I have tried every form of communication, facebook messenger, phone, and now this forum.
