I really want to switch to this plan, but this is ridiculous. Was told I can't switch in store, phoning in got no answers, and fido facebook messaging is unanswered. The website is completely useless and broken and won't let me change plans either. Please respond so I can get this plan or at least guarantee that my plan will be switched to this promotion price just in case I get no support in the next day.
