I just go my Sim card today and I can't make or receive calls... Please help

Quick question, did you activate the new SIM card when you received it? If it wasn't done yet, you can activate it on your online account on Fido.ca by following these steps:
1. Log in on My Account on Fido.ca
2. Click on Usage & Services - Mobile - Update SIM card
