Hi. Just got a new iPhone and can't make or receive any phone calls. Have tried everything in support but still not working. Please help!

Resolved! FIDO had not ported my phone number yet. I returned to the store where I bought the phone and they worked with FIDO to get it done right then. All is well now. Thanks for your help all!

Is it only with calls? All of your other services are working?
If it's a new phone you also have to activate the new SIM card that comes with it to transfert your number to it
