I have been constantly calling and trying to get through the live chat to no avail... is this happening with any of you as well?

I’ve been calling since Friday of last week, no response on FB messenger, Live Chat, or calling in... Wanting to change my plan as well

Yes, I would like to switch to the $60 10gb plan.
