Can’t get through the Fido self change the plan !!!?

Can’t change my plan to 10 GB  $60.00! As soon as I click change plan goes “ Sprry something went wrong “ please try again or contact us ! Which I’ve been doing since yesterday ! Fido doesn’t answer the phone ! In person at the store can not do anything since their service is down ! On line can’t do any changes goes “SORRY””

I’m having the same issue. I’d really like to switch to the 10GB plan. I keep getting a busy signal. Sad

That's exactly what's happening to me too. I was on hold for more than an hour yesteday and was hung up on and now I can't even be put on hold. I've been trying all morning. I'm calling the 1.514.933.3436 number coz I'm currently in the States. Is there no way to do this online? This is beyond making an effort...

guys, try calling *88 instead of *611. you might get through that way.

I called *88 and got connected, but it says they are going through technical issues now and there is no option to speak to customer representatives....

I also am getting a busy signal and no response from the live chat. I hope that Fido will honour the plan for those who can't get through - there is no waiting to be let through on the line, just a busy signal. This is ridiculous.
