Can't connect to voicemail

Changed plan yesterday, can't connect to voicemail today

pressing "1" doesn't work anymore

Tried dialing 514 583 7548 manually, it asks for 10 digit fido number, I enter it, and it says this number doesn't exist!!!!!! what is going on??

Exact same problem and have tried the live chat and calling customer service multiple times and the wait time is ridiculous.

I didn't even know this was an issue until I saw this topic on the forums.. Just checked my voicemail and mine doesn't work either!! I've been trying to get through the Fido chat for sometime now but no luck Sad any help here?

I had the same issue couple of weeks back when i changed my plan. I waited 3 days, before i could get in touch with support and they added voice mail back. Was on hold for about an hour before i could talk to someone.

Help, i have this same issue as well. No voicemail since switching my plan. I was on hold for over two hours yesterday but had to hang up. today i've been sitting in the live chat for one hour so far. I really need this fixed for work.

 

 

solved! - just got through to the live chat. Maureen assisted me and i'm back in business. Thanks!

I think my problem started 2 days ago, suddenly there's no preset 1 (speed dial) voicemail retrieve number, and calling retrieved number it requires 10 digits phone number and PIN number is invalid too.

just to mention I did switch to 10GB plan as well...

live chat... just replied my requests from 4 days ago, 611....still waiting...and I'm given up...

any sooner help will be appriciated........

Hi. I just noticed yesterday that I can't access my voicemail. I lost an overtime shift because of it.

Yes I upgraded to the 10G/$60 plan. Please help.

Got same issue asking my 10 digit fido number but its says not valid? Help me need to activate my voicemail.....
