Can't change my phone number

When i trying to change my phone number, This message is appear 'OH-OH! Some error occurred. Please try again later' How can i fix it?

Can you try clearing the cookies and cache and then give it another shot? If that doesn't work, please try accessing the site with a different browser.

This way also not working. I'm Crome user. I delete caches and cookies at all. Hmmmm...

Recently, I changed my plan and phone number helping by Fido representative. Is it one of reason to not working?

So I'm getting the same error mesage. I've tried switching browsers from Safari to Firefox to Chrome with the same results. I've cleared the cache and cookies with no avail. Help would be much appreciated.
