Can't change my billing address

Hi,

 

I tried to change my address on the fido website, but it doesn't allow me to enter my home address.
It keeps showing "Please enter your billing address."

 

How do I update my address online?

Do you mean that the field where you need to enter your new address is not allowing you to type any text? 

 

Is the same thing happening when using a different browser?

After I type in my address and press “save”, the address disappears. And it shows “Please enter your billing address.” I’ve tried many times using different browsers.

Did you get a chance to try deleting the cookies and clearing the cache on either of those browsers and trying again? 

 

Can you let us know if the same thing happens or if it goes through?

I tried it. This time when I entered my address and pressed save, somehow it became another address which is not the one I typed. It's still not working.
