Lately I've been having some troubles changing my billing address online. It gives me an error saying "We’ve hit a snag. Please check back later." I've tried turning off adblock, cleared cookies & cache, changed browsers to IE, GC, and Firefox, but the same error has occured. The new billing address is also in the system, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
I can't change my billing address either. Everytime, I click the pencil icon and enter my new address, I get a "Please enter your billing address" message (and I do enter my actual address; I have also tried doing it from Chrome and FireFox but to no avail).
Could you please help?
