Hi I got a prepaid plan and wanted to activate the sim card but it kept on showing "Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with your request. Please make sure you provide a valid (never used) SIM card number or try again later."
What should I do next?

Did you buy the SIMcard in store or was it shipped to you?
It's most likely that when you activated the plan, the SIMcard was activated on that plan and number all at once
What happens when you put it in the phone?
