Can't access Fido Dollars

Yes, Fido Dollars are going away; but that is Sunday!

Today's only Wednesday yet the Fido Dollars balance and spend tabs seem to have already disappeared!?

To ask the obvious question though, how am I ment to find that link starting from either https://fido.ca or my account?  That is what seems to have disappeared.

If you click on any phone number on your account then scroll down to the bottom on the right you will see View Fido Rewards.

I'm fairly sure what you suggest was working yesterday.  But today?  Nope!

I don't know if Fido is having problems or they removed it from prepaid account already but i can still see it on my post paid account. Did my first suggestion worked for you?

Yes, and it is a good workaround.  However, it really doesn't fix the problem.

You should be able to check your Fidodollars balance with both options Kapable-K gave.
