Can't access Data Day Pass option

This probably isn't the right area, but here it goes. I'm not able to buy data passes. I'm on prepaid, and I usually buy a $5 pass once a month or so. I factory reset my phone last week and now I can't buy a data pass. I have tried texting Data/Pass to the 3282 number, tried opening facebook while only data was on, and tried going to the fido.mobi/data thats listed on the website and nothing is working. I havent tried to buy a pass in a while and I had a text message save with the link in it but lost it when I did reset. Can anyone help?

To purchase Data Day/Week Pass, you just need launch your internet browser and you’ll be asked to purchase a Data Pass when you browse to any chargeable website before you can continue.

 

What's the exact error message you're getting?
