Can't Get Access Code for Spotify Premium

I am trying to get the access code for the spotify premium included in my pulse plan but when I enter my phone number, it always says "Please Enter your phone number". It's been doing that for 4 days now, I need help. Thanks!

Yes I saw that already, but the problem is when I enter my phone number, it says "Please Enter your phone number" even though I just entered my phone number

Are you connected to data or Wifi @nicomigu?

I'm using my wifi, do I need to use data?

Yes you need to be connected to data @nicomigu , click on the link that I sent you previously and follow the steps ( it mentions you shouldn't be on Wi Fi ) .
